Get cruising...

I finally have my driver's learning permit.. yaahhhoooo!!! Get in the car and start cruising hek hek hek hek! This day is a very lucky day for me, somebody offers me a job and I'm loving it! Finally I can drive now with my learning permit, not like before driving without it, hek hek hek!

Been so Blessed!

I am so very happy and blessed by GOD. It's almost a year I've been here in US and I'm loving it! Still on adjustment period too, my hubby makes me sooooo comfy since I got here. Thanks to my Filipina friends who always makes my tummy happy... hek hek hek hek!

Very good lunch!

Ahhhhhh my tummy is so happy! I have some left over fro our dinner at Philippines Restaurant lastnight and I finish it off today. Wheewwwww! my tummy is so full.... and my eyes is sleepy... hek hek hek! Well, Im not going to take a nap tho cause its hard for me to sleep at night.

Well.... no justice yet! I hope I can get one today, have a nice weekend my fwends!

Been busy

The Rockies made it!

Thanks to our hired photographer!We did watch the Rockies vs Giants lastnight, and the game got tied in 9th inning.... It was so intense and fun.... finally Spilborgchs made it in 12th inning. They scored 6 to 5....

We got a free ticket from one of the engineer in the studio, they give us 4 tickets with good seats. So we invited Dave and Tammy to go with us.... We really had fun lastnight! Thank you Steve and Beth for the tickets, you Rock!

Home made mango float

I made my home made mango float today.... While we're in Costco yesterday, I saw some mangoes which is really in a good price. So me and my hubby grab some... He don't mangoes that much but he said he will try my mango float. Hope you like it fwends... have a good night! oh oh.. something wrong with my pics... thought I already downloaded those. Can anybody help me how to do it?

The Magician

A magician worked on a cruise ship. The audience was different each week so the magician did the same tricks over and over again. There was only one problem: The captain's parrot saw the shows each week and beganto understand how the magician did every trick.Once he understood, he started shouting in the middle of the show,'Look, It's not the same hat!' or, 'Look, he's hiding the flowersunder the table!' or 'Hey, why are all the cards the ace of spades?'The magician was furious but couldn't do anything. Then one stormy night on the Pacific, the ship unfortunately sank, drowning almost all who were on board. The magician luckily found himself on a piece of wood floating in the middle of the sea, as fate would have it ... with the parrot.They stared at each other with hatred, but did not utter a word.This went on for a day... and then 2 days ... and then 3 days. Finally on the 4th day, the parrot could not hold back any longer and said...

'OK, I give up. Where's the ____ ship?'

For the first time.....

weekend cleaning!

Yeah.... usually we just stayed at home and do some cleaning.. we plan to have a little road trip tomorrow... Going to Estes Park and Boulder area... hope its not too hot tomorrow cause it'll pissed me off! hek hek hek..

Black Eyed Peas is in Denver!

Today is the 4th day of the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado. We are so lucky that it was held here in our city... But the sad thing is, its really crowded and traffic in donwtown area.

The Black Eyed Peas will perform in DNC tonight which will be recorded by Toybox Remote Recording of www.coloradosound.com . My hubby left soo early this morning to start loading for the said recording. Their show will start @ 9pm till midnight... He wants me to go with him, but I'd rather stay home with Abbey than staying in a crowded place hek hek hek !

Omega-3 Fish Oils

Omega-3 Fish Oils may help in reducing weight. In addtion, the fish oil and exercise independently increased muscle mass, though only slightly. In contrast, people taking the sunflower oil had increases in body fat and decreases in muscle. The combination of sunflower oil and exercise led to negligible improvements.

At the end of the study, women taking the fish oils had lost more body fat and their fat cells had shrunk in size. On average, they lost about 1 pound of weight, whereas people taking placebos had no change in weight.

cHubby-Chubby?!

Well, geeezzzz louis!!! I got a call from a friend yesterday, we're classmates in college. She finally make it to Florida. When she saw my friendster pictures, she called and told me that my figure right now is a lot different from before! she said I'm getting chubby-chubby! poor thing.... huhuhuhuhu

I told her nope! I'm not!!!! I didn't really notice that I'm gaining.... I told my hubby about my friends reaction, then he said you're not.... I am going to enroll Aerobics, wanna join me? It'll just be here in Westminster Recreation Center. Maybe this will be a great idea... doing some exercise!

My day is fine, stayed in the studio for whole day. I'll be bakc in there again working instead of thursday 'cause Tammy need my help tomorrow. We got a call from a Chiropractor, that he needs 150 cd's for his vaccination interviews.... oh my goodness! That's my job for tomorrow, burning 150 cd's....

Memory Keepers.....

Have you ever watched this movie? The title is " Memory Keepers", you've got to watch this one cause its one of the great movies I've ever seen.... If you guys are Comcast cable provider, its in their On Demand and its complimentary.

Its a story of a downe- syndrome baby, and her Dad take her away... sad but very nice ending...

Happy tummy of Mine and my Hubby

We just got home from a friends party, its actually their 1st Wedding Anniversary. They are very nice couple, a Filipina and American couple. They held their party at Cinzetti's Italian Market Restautant, awesome and great food!
We both like their salads.... we are planning to go back their again sometime. I hope the couple will like our present that we give. They'll gonna kick out of that, they both love to sing soooo think its time to have their own album, heha!

Prayer for Today

The problem with many of us is that we don't believe that God will open a window and pour out blessings that we won't have room to receive them. I dare anyone to try God. He is true to His word. God cannot lie and His promises are sure.

Heavenly Father, most Gracious and Loving God, I pray to you that you abundantly bless my family and me. I know that you recognize, that a family is more than just a mother, father, sister, brother, husband and wife, but all who believe and trust in you. Father, I send up a prayer request for blessings not only for the person who sent this to me, but for me and all that I have forwarded thismessage on to. And that the power of joined prayer by those who believe and trust in you is more powerful than anything. I thank you in advance for your blessings. Father God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt's burdens. Release your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all that You have given me Father, for I know how wonderful and mighty you are and how if we just obey you and walk In your word and have the faith of a mustard seed that you will pour out blessings. I thank you now Lord for the recent blessings I have received and for the blessings yet to come because I know you are not done with me yet.

Thoughts for today:

For years I kept a sign in my room that helped me maintain the right perspective concerning yesterday.

It simply said, " Yesterday Ended Lastnight" . It reminded me that no matter how badly I might have failed in the past, it's done and today is a new beginning to make a things better.....

A thank you card!

We got this card from Mom Ardath, she live in Larned, Kansas. We've been there almost three weeks ago, helping out, cleaning and fixing some things that Mom can't do anymore. She's so happy that all of her kids and grand kids was there taking a vacation and spending some time with her.
She made us very yummy spaghettie, I really asked her how and what are the procedures and ingredients that she used। I am so happy that in fact I am far from my parents, she makes me feel I am loved by her and the rest of the family। Thanks so much, Mom Ardath!

Great Wall Chinese Buffet

Yesterday, lunch time we go to Great Wall Buffet right by Lakewood, its my first time in this restaurant and I'm loving it. I had shrimp, rice, veggies, meat, chicken and egg noodle soup. Everything in here taste so good, thats why some of my friends would love to come by in this restaurant.

I told my hubby about this, and he said we go there sometime soon. I really love seafood, makes my eyes big and excited when I saw the shrimp.

Feels like I'm having a fever

I am not really feeling good today, when I get up this morning I am so grumpy... It's like I just want to stay in bed. Maybe because my monthly bwisita is coming. My eyes is so sleepy when I'm in the studio working... so bad. We had Quiznos today for lunch, I was thinking If I'll have my fave chicken carbonara sandwich I'll feel better but NOT!

Just got home from studio, maybe I'll take a quick nap and put some visine in my eyes.. maybe I'll feel better. My whole body is hurting, badly need a massage again.... huhuhuhuhu! gasto nasad atong shonana anih... talk to you later my fwends....

Walking.......

We did some walking tonight, after dinner. Speaking of dinner, mmmmmm! yummy yummy thai house restaurant. Well, its supposed to be our Thursday dinner but hubby is craving for Red curry and Pad see yew noodles....

We always try to take Abbey for walk so she will be use seeing other people or to be with some other dogs. She is still have that puppy attitude that'll go jumping and jumping everytime she meet other people.
